Account Deletion

You can deactivate your account in the app and request deletion or anonymization of personal data, subject to safety, legal, audit, and dispute-retention needs.
In-app deactivation
Open Settings, use the account controls, and confirm deactivation. Public profile visibility, today plans, pending requests, and open meetup coordination are hidden or cancelled.
Deletion request
Email ceo@picassosoft.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my K-Mingle account". Include your nickname and city so we can verify the request.
We may ask you to verify ownership before processing deletion.
What may remain
Some records may be retained or anonymized when needed for safety reports, fraud prevention, chargeback or reward disputes, legal obligations, audit logs, security records, and platform integrity.
Messages or content visible to other users may be removed, hidden, anonymized, or retained in a limited form depending on safety and legal needs.
After deletion
You may lose access to profile data, photos, rewards, requests, meetup history, partner submissions, and admin or partner tools connected to the account.
